EFT point Easy Acupressure to Stretch Glutes Further
Me in the gym making my glutes stretch much easier using a little-known EFT Tapping point: The Ankle point. You just slap it with your hand or your fingers. To get it, you go 4 finger widths from the knobbly ankle joint on the inside of the leg, in a direction away from the foot and towards the knee. Then you just hit it gently with all your hand or fingers. Not for pregnant women.
